Reviewers must decline invitations if they have co-authored publications with the authors within the past three years, share a current institutional affiliation, or are direct competitors in the specific sub-field under evaluation.

Absolute Confidentiality and AI Restrictions

The manuscript is a privileged, intellectual document. Reviewers are strictly prohibited from sharing, discussing, or displaying any part of the text or data with colleagues, students, or broader research networks.

Critical Integrity Directive

In compliance with Scopus and Web of Science data security guidelines, reviewers must never input any portion of a submitted manuscript into generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools or Large Language Models (LLMs). Uploading proprietary manuscript text into third-party AI platforms violates the author's copyright, breaks confidentiality mandates, and compromises data security.
