Publication Charges (APC) / No APC

The International Journal of Fundamental Research and Development is committed to transparent and ethical publishing practices.

Submission Fee There is no submission fee. Authors may submit their manuscripts free of charge.

Article Processing Charge (APC) An Article Processing Charge becomes payable only after a manuscript has been accepted following peer review. No payment is required at the time of submission or during the review process.

The APC, if applicable, covers the costs of peer review management, copyediting, typesetting, online publication, DOI assignment, and long-term digital archiving. The exact amount and payment instructions are clearly stated on the journal website and communicated to the corresponding author only after acceptance.

No Guaranteed Acceptance Payment of any charge does not influence the editorial decision. Acceptance of a manuscript is based solely on the quality of the research, the outcome of peer review, and adherence to the journal’s ethical standards.

Waivers and Discounts Authors from low-income countries or those facing genuine financial hardship may request a partial or full waiver. Such requests should be made at the time of submission and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.

Transparency The journal does not charge readers or institutions for access to published content. All articles are published under a Gold Open Access model and are freely available online.
