An Article Processing Charge becomes payable only after a manuscript has been formally accepted following peer review. The charge covers the costs associated with peer review management, professional copyediting, typesetting, online publication, DOI assignment, and long-term digital archiving.

No Influence on Editorial Decisions
Payment of the Article Processing Charge does not influence the editorial decision in any way. Acceptance of a manuscript is based solely on the quality of the research, the outcome of peer review, and compliance with the journal’s ethical standards. The journal does not offer guaranteed acceptance or accelerated publication in return for payment.
Waivers and Discounts
Authors from low-income countries or those facing genuine financial constraints may request a partial or full waiver of the APC. Such requests should be made at the time of submission and will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the editorial office.
