Submission Checklist

Before submitting your manuscript to the International Journal of Fundamental Research and Development, please confirm that the following requirements have been met. Incomplete submissions may be returned without review.

Manuscript File

  • The manuscript is prepared in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  • The text uses Times New Roman, font size 12, with 1.5 line spacing and margins of at least 2.5 cm on all sides.
  • All pages are numbered consecutively.

Title Page

  • A clear and concise title is provided.
  • Full names of all authors and their institutional affiliations are included.
  • The corresponding author’s name, complete postal address, email address, and contact number are clearly stated.

Abstract and Keywords

  • The abstract is between 150 and 250 words and summarises the purpose, methods, main findings, and conclusions.
  • Four to six relevant keywords are provided.

Main Text

  • The manuscript follows the standard structure: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
  • The content is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.

References

  • All citations in the text appear in the reference list, and every reference is cited in the text.
  • A consistent referencing style (APA, Harvard, or Vancouver) has been followed.

Tables and Figures

  • Tables and figures are numbered consecutively and have clear captions.
  • All visual material is of good quality and easy to read.

Ethical Declarations

  • A statement confirming that the work is original and free from plagiarism is included.
  • Any potential conflict of interest has been declared (or a statement confirming that none exists is provided).
  • For studies involving human participants or animals, ethical approval and informed consent details are clearly stated.

Cover Letter

  • A cover letter is attached confirming originality, authorship approval, and that the manuscript is not under consideration by any other journal.

Final Confirmation

  • All co-authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.
  • The corresponding author accepts responsibility for communication with the journal during the review and publication process.

Authors are advised to review a recent issue of the journal for examples of published papers before finalising their submission.
